Refrigerant Sales Compliance

Delta Refrigerants sells refrigerants in accordance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regulations. Refrigerants may only be sold to individuals or businesses that hold a valid EPA Section 608 or Section 609 certification.

To complete a refrigerant purchase, customers must provide proof of EPA certification or provide the certification details of the licensed technician responsible for installing the refrigerant.

Resale Purchases

Customers purchasing refrigerant for resale must confirm that the product will be resold only to EPA certified individuals. This confirmation is required at checkout and serves as acknowledgment of compliance with all applicable EPA regulations.

Certification Verification

During checkout, customers will be required to either upload a copy of their EPA certification or confirm resale to a certified technician. Orders that do not meet these requirements may be delayed or canceled.

Product Standards

All refrigerants sold by Delta Refrigerants are 100 percent virgin refrigerant and meet or exceed ARI 700 purity standards. Our products comply with all applicable industry and regulatory requirements.
