Due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations governing the shipment of hazardous materials, refrigerant products are not eligible for returns or refunds once shipped. These regulations restrict how hazardous materials can be transported and handled, which prevents us from accepting returned refrigerant for resale.
If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address or a refused delivery, the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers carrier charges, Hazmat handling, and compliance costs associated with the return.
